MiddleFork associates are on-site at Dr. Thomas Monfort and Associates Equine Veterinary Clinic in Farmer City, IL, on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, working on both regular and therapeutic cases. Dr. Monfort’s state-of-the-art facilities and diagnostic tools, provide opportunities for the veterinary and farrier staff to collaborate and coordinate services for all types of lameness cases.Additionally, we regularly coordinate efforts with a number of other equine veterinarians and VCA Certified Equine Chiropractors, including:

All of our associates work several times each year with Danvers Child, CJF of Foxtail Forge. Danvers, one of only 18 Approved Examiners in the AFA's certification program, is an accomplished farrier, and—more importantly—an avid educator. Our larger travel accounts are often set up cooperatively with Danvers . Jeremy Miller, CF of Fort Valley, GA, began his carreer at MiddleFork Forge. He now travels throughout the U.S. , shoeing Arabians and National Sport Horses, and we coordinate several of our outside travel accounts with Jeremy.
